杭州万象城二期
杭州万象城二期位于杭州市钱江新城核心区的东北角,与一期的大型商业中心——华润万象城比邻。
杭州“三面云山一面城”的独特格局,是项目总体设计理念——“自然山水”的来源。一期的购物中心万象城如水韵动,而二期的建筑如山环抱,与其成山水相依之势;同时,由于项目位于钱江新城核心区最北端,它的建造也将为新区最终构成“背山面水、藏风聚气”的总体格局。
建筑主体包括一座主写字楼(含酒店)和四座写字楼。通过精心设置建筑朝向,消解了视觉上的拥挤,使各楼均有最佳景观视野。各塔楼形体相互呼应,最终成为和谐整体。
主楼“MT塔楼”由错落有致的体块堆叠而成,拟天然山石层峦叠嶂之态。而各体块幕墙又以多种水平线条构成不同机理,为建筑外形再添细腻质感,并暗示地质层的丰富变化。
在裙房顶部,延用“山水”的设计概念,设高度不一的室外庭院,并由南向北降低,渐向地面景观区域铺展,最终与东北部的50m宽景观公园融为一体。这些庭院被赋予多种用途和面貌,游憩其间,可得都市繁华,并山水之乐。
建筑外墙采用铝合金玻璃幕墙,结合部分石材幕墙,力求呈现稳重而犀利的面貌。
本项目的建成,将与万象城一起,共同成就钱江新城,乃至杭州市一张重要的城市名片。

1-THE HANGZHOU MIXC, PHASE Ⅱ
The project is located at the northeast corner of the core area of Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou, next to the large shopping mall in Phase 1--China Resources MIXC.
The overall design concept--“Natural Mountain and Water” comes from the unique layout of Hangzhou--“mountains on three directions and city on one direction”. The Phase 1 shopping mall is designed as flowing water while buildings in Phase 2 indicate being surrounded by mountains. Altogether, these buildings symbolize the co-existence of water and mountains. Meanwhile, because the site is located at the north end of the city core of Qianjiang New Town, it would create an overall great fengshui layout of “sitting at the foot of mountains facing water” for the New Town area.
The project includes one main office tower (including a hotel) and four other office buildings. To minimize visual crowding, we carefully arrange the buildings to give each of them the best views. The massing of the towers corresponds to each other and is unified harmoniously as a whole.
The main building, MT tower, is designed with staggered massing to imitate the natural mountain and stone layers. Different textures made by a variety of horizontal lines on the curtain walls bring exquisite sense for the building and indicate changes in geological formation.
The concept of “mountain and water” is also implemented in the design of the gardens on roof top of the podium buildings. These gardens are elevated to different heights which gently slope down from south to north, extending to the ground landscape and finally reach the 50 meters wide landscape park at the northeast end. These courtyards are programmed with a variety of activities and features providing the opportunities to enjoy the prosperity of the city and the joy of the landscape.
The buildings have aluminum glass curtain wall and some stone curtain wall to indicate stableness and incisiveness.
This project together with MIXC will become an important city icon for Qianjiang New Town or even the city of Hangzhou.

SOHO天山广场
SOHO天山广场位于上海市长宁区虹桥98街坊,是长宁区重点建设的虹桥涉外商务中心的核心区域。
项目规划定位是一个融合高档办公楼、超五星级酒店、音乐厅、商业、餐饮等多功能的大型现代都市综合体,是打造虹桥高端商业、商务区的重要项目。
这样的都市综合体,将以怎样的姿态,作为城市区域中心,带动区域繁荣,正是设计考虑的重点。对城市的开放姿态怎样与相对独立私密的内部环境的结合,是设计需要解决的主要矛盾。
由于高度的限制,项目在功能布局上没有按一般模式将酒店与办公叠加,而是将酒店和服务式公寓组合,置于基地南侧,并利用高差变化形成丰富的花园景观。办公楼单独位于基地东北侧,与酒店和公寓斜向相对,视线互不干扰。作为高档甲级办公楼,有相对独立的位置和私密的环境,将吸引更多实力公司进驻,从而增加北部主要商业街的活力。
酒店裙房部分,餐厅和公共区域围绕底层的中央庭院进行组织。庭院容纳了一座音乐厅,可在天气晴好时开放,举行面向公众的文娱活动。周围咖啡厅、商店和餐厅林立,形成了富有活力的城市生活中心。
建筑整体外幕墙系统的肌理精致典雅,强调竖向感。格栅设置方向的灵活变换,使得不同的功能区块外观和谐交织。

2-THE SOHO TIANSHAN PLAZA
The project is located at No. 98 Street, Hongqiao, Changning District, Shanghai, the core area of Hongqiao international business centre.
The large modern city complex is composed of a high-end office building, a super five-star hotel, a concert hall, retails and restaurants. It is an important project in the development of the business and commercial district in Hongqiao area.
Being in the geographical centre of the city, one of the key design considerations is about how to make an urban complex a catalyst of regional prosperity. The major challenge is to create an open gesture to the city, whereas at the same time, maintain a relatively enclosed and private internal environment of the project.
Due to the height limit, hotel and office building cannot be stacked together, which is common in similar developments. Instead, hotel is combined with serviced apartment at the south side of the site. Terraced gardens help to create a rich internal landscape. The office building sits at the northeast corner of the site, diagonally facing hotel/apartment building, minimizing interrupted views from each other. For a Grade A office building, an independent address and a relatively private environment will attract more influential companies, which consequently could make the main commercial street on the north side of the project more vibrant.
Restaurants and public functions of the hotel podium are organized around the central courtyard on the ground floor. The courtyard accommodates a concert hall which can be opened on sunny days to stage recreational activities for the public. There are also many cafes, stores and restaurants which will also contribute to a lively urban life.
